How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental United States. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original, unused condition. Simply visit our Returns Portal to start your request and receive a prepaid shipping label.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Kaleido ships to over 50 countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.
